ANELSY discovered the world of work at an early age before building her career within leading industrial groups. These experiences shaped her expertise in international trade, supply chain and strategic partnerships.
Today, she designs economic development projects centered on the creation of strategic SMEs, driven by the belief that practical solutions that create value and generate employment are the most effective way to address the long-term challenges facing communities.
VISION
Driven by a long-term vision of sustainable industrial development, she believes that resilient economies are built by creating businesses capable of addressing essential needs while strengthening local capabilities. Rather than focusing on isolated initiatives, her approach is to develop interconnected ecosystems where businesses, talent, investors, partners and training providers work together to generate lasting economic value.
Through ANELSY, this vision takes shape by identifying strategic opportunities, building businesses with strong growth potential and connecting them with the resources they need to succeed. The objective is to strengthen employability, accelerate skills development and contribute to sustainable economic growth through business models that embrace sustainable development and the circular economy.
